Phoenix Striders Walking & Running Club present a hilly, testing 5 mile, off road, run through the Nature Reserve with medals for every competitor. No changing facilities, but car parking, toilets and refreshments available. An excellent warm up for the Cross Country season. Under 18’s to be accompanied at all times.
